First therapy session:19 May 2016
I came to Serenity Therapy and Health Centre to see Ms Sew
Pei See on 19 May 16. I had lower back
pain and severe anxiety then. I would suddenly sweat profusely and turned
shaky. When panic attack came, I could not focus on my work. I had been seeing
doctors but no significant improvement seen.
I was treated by Pei See and was told to build up my
internal strength. I practiced the prescribed exercises for 2 weeks and
returned for follow up. I could feel the
change after 2 weeks, my lower back pain and anxiety were largely reduced. I
was treated again and was prescribed therapeutic exercises to help me
further. During the last visit, I could
feel I am getting back my energy and strength, my mind is clearer and anxiety
has subsided. My friend and family
members have noticed my changed too. I
will still continue with the therapeutic exercises, and I know I will get even
better.
