What is Therapy Class?
Therapy Class is designed to cater for small group participants. Special attention is given to cater for different needs especially during one to one personal therapy session. Progress will be monitored and the therapeutic techniques will be adjusted according to one's health condition.
Max participant per class is only 5 person.

The three days (day 3 of 5) were not wasted, my leg injury
of more than 20 years has recovered substantially. I feel as if the muscles are
coming back to life.
When PS took us into the practice of 3CM, for the first time
I could feel movements of qi inside the meridians.. I felt as if I was standing
there for a short while, but when I opened my eyes I realized I have been
standing close to an hour.. I did not realize that exercises can be so
powerful..

The key elements in psychological and physiological aspects
and their relationship were well explained and well supported by scientific
research.
Combine with taiji ball 3CM turns up to be easier. I could
feel first the heat round navel then mingmen, the waist (front and back)
After a few days of practice it is easier to feel qi (heat)
once laqi started. Can feel the strong magnet-like qi ball.
Everyday after the class, I’d feel refreshing and I started
to think how can I reproduce the same feeling everyday after work wink emoticon
Besides working on the exercises I still have a lot to work on my mindfulness
and awareness to make this practice more effective.

Q: What do you like most about the training/event?
1. Ms C, age 50s, history of minor stroke.
A: It is easy to learn, very practical and informative. It relates our body illness to our emotion and state of mind.

A: I couldn't sleep well before the course. Sometimes I have had to depend on laxative to ease my bowel and I felt tired most of the time. But now, all these are gone. I feel energetic because I sleep well and there is no more pain in my head, no need to use laxative. Awareness has improved, so has the Qi.

A: Learning about qi and the theory, I have never learnt qigong before and only knew a little from the books saying that qigong can cure sickness and to improve health. Therapy class is kick-start at Serenity Therapy and Health Centre now.
The class can be formed whenever there are 2 person and above, to the max of 5 person. The duration of each section will be for 2 weeks. In the morning, we will have brief lecturing session of the theoretical part, and we will have group practice to strengthen the collective information field. Each of the participants will have daily personal therapy session, and would be guided through a specific sets of exercises. The afternoon practice is for the individual to practice on their own while personal therapy is being conducted.
Feedback from the participants:
-The body becomes more relax after the group exercise, and become "lighter" (further relax) after the personal therapy session.
- The mind becomes calmer.
- Too relax until fell into sleep and it was a quality sleep.
- Could feel the Qi inside the body and being regulated...

I loved that it was
very practical, hands on, I experienced everything I was meant to with the
guide of Pei See and her teaching was very simple and down to earth and easy to
understand. I also loved the fact that I managed to calm my mind and control my
emotions within such a short period of time. I have not felt this way for
years!!
How will the event
benefit you in your job or during your daily life activities? Please describe.
Life changing. I have
a very stressful job and lived a very stressful life. I had trouble sleeping
properly, had breathing difficulties when I was stressed, had low energy levels
no matter how much I slept. At times I felt depressed. Since learning a few
exercises I feel reborned and alive again. My energy levels have been so high I
no longer need to take coffee anymore (I used to have 6 cups to just get me
by). My loved ones around me have noticed a significant change in my attitude
and character being more lifely,energetic and happy.
Will you attend if we
are offering some other courses or upgrading courses?
Yes definitely if I am
able to take time off work for it or if it does not clash with my
schedule.

I guess the only thing
I believe we could have improved on was a written description of the exercises
we were performing and going into detail of it as a documentation and reference
as although I remembered most of it I did forget some of it (of which some I
would have to ask again etc etc). That was why I was rushing to write of notes
at times :P I belief that alot of other people especially older people
may not grasps or forget sections to their exercises or may perform it
wrongly . If there is a detail description for example : like in my profession
a written therapeutic guideline for people to take home they can adhere
to it much better. In our veterinary profession this helps increase client
compliance towards ie medicating their animals correctly.
Serenity THC:We will look into developing a standard instruction to guide the person, while we have many techniques applied for different health condition, we need some time to develop it. The first workshop = De-stress Workshop Jan'15
De-Stress Workshop 减压课程
Serenity Therapy and Health Centre started the first workshop in the new location - iAvenue, Penang. Many have asked: "Why should I attend the workshop? I don't feel stress up. I am very relax most of the time." The simple method to check your stress level : Are you focus enough when you are reading or listening? Do you have insomnia? Would you wake up in the middle of the night though you felt tired? Frustrated? For those who have attended the workshop, they realized there were some levels of stress and it was proven...and filled with tears! The skill that have been taught can be used anytime, anywhere to release the stress. A de-stress techniques ever and useful for lifetime! Just hope that the participants use the technique whenever it is required, to achieve a harmonized body and mind.

Officially lauched of new office
